AC Milan continue to show enthusiasm for the possible signing of Chelsea's Christian Pulisic.
According to what is relayed by Corriere della Sera, an improved offer was sent by the Rossoneri managers after seeing their initial offer of 14 million euros rejected by the Premier League club. The seven-time Champions League winners have raised the transfer amount to 20 million euros to be sent to the London-based club and they are now more confident.
Pulisic, who has a Croatian passport, has already turned down a move to French side Lyon in order to wear the AC Milan shirt, but the final step is needed to bridge the gap between the two clubs. Stefano Pioli made a phone call to the player and had an interesting conversation with the versatile forward. The head coach would like to have 24-year-old Pulisic very soon at Milanello.
