Manuele Baiocchini has spoken to Sky Sport Italia last night and provided updates regarding AC Milan's attempt to sign Tijjani Reijnders from AZ Alkmaar. Here are his words:
"Milan is still working on Reijnders. It's not a done deal yet. While Pulisic is virtually a Rossoneri, there's still a bit of work to do for Reijnders. We're told that AZ is a tough club when it comes to valuations. They have made a request for 25 million euros and would like to get the maximum for this player. In Italy, he was also being followed by Lazio, but Milan has been negotiating with him for a few weeks now. In terms of timing, we mentioned that Pulisic should be in Italy between Monday and Tuesday, and with his arrival and medical examinations, he should already be integrated into Stefano Pioli's team by the middle of next week. As for Reijnders, it will take a few more days. We expect the deal to be finalised around Wednesday or Thursday, the middle of next week, with the player potentially arriving over the following weekend. But things are also moving forward for Reijnders."
