AC Milan club management are looking for a striker to sign this summer. The goal is to recruit a strong centre-forward who is capable of guaranteeing goals for Stefano Pioli's team.
There are many profiles being linked, especially that of Mehdi Taremi from Porto. A forward whom we must keep an eye on, though, is Boulaye Dia who plies his trade for Serie A club Salernitana.
In fact, according to TuttoSalernitana.com, representatives from AC Milan and Fiorentina were reportedly in Rivisondoli (where Salernitana's training camp is held) to keep an eye on Boulaye Dia and assess his condition after the surgery on his left meniscus at the end of May.
The Senegalese centre-forward who is 26 years old could be the solution to the woes of the attacking department of AC Milan which was only led by 36-year-old Olivier Giroud last season while the other strikers failed to be available and/or make an impact.
Boulaye Dia, however, has a release clause of 25 million euros in his contract. Now, the ball is in AC Milan's court, it is up to them to decide who they want to pursue.
