AC Milan's Rade Krunic's future could be away from the San Siro this summer because Fenerbahce are serious for him. They are ready to guarantee him a big contract and they are trying to convince AC Milan to let him go on a permanent transfer. The Rossoneri management, for their part, are looking into candidates who can replace the Bosnian midfielder in case of an exit.
According to what is reported by Tutttosport, Marten De Roon is a name that is followed closely by Giorgio Furlani and Geoffrey Moncada. The idea of signing the 32-year-old Dutchman emerged over the past week following the talks with Atalanta over Charles De Ketelaere.
De Roon's contract runs until next year's summer and for this reason, he is an affordable player for the AC Milan club directors. The midfielder's profile is appreciated and is seen as a good alternative and rotation solution and he could suit Stefano Pioli's style of play in the new midfield area.
There are, however, other names on AC Milan's shortlist to reinforce the midfield. We are talking about Nicolas Dominguez and Jerdy Schouten. But, these two are more expensive and the income from Krunic's transfer would not cover the necessary financial resources to sign one of them.
