AC Milan's Rade Krunic has received a lucrative offer from Turkish side Fenerbahce. The salary proposed is worth 3 million euros per season. However, the Rossoneri club are not too keen on letting their player leave unless they receive an offer in the region of 12 to 13 million euros, otherwise, they will not enter in negotiations with the Turks.
Krunic is also highly appreciated by head coach Stefano Pioli and therefore, it is highly unlikely that he will leave during the current transfer window, as per Milannews.it. Furthermore, after securing a significant role during the championship-winning campaign and in the impressive Champions League performance of the previous season, Krunic is also set to play a leading role in the new Milan squad being shaped in these weeks.
Pioli intends to retain him as a starting player in the revamped AC Milan midfield. He plans to deploy him, as already seen with mixed results in preseason matches, as a central midfielder in the 4-3-3 formation. This would be a new position for the Bosnian player, but at the age of 29, Krunic possesses the necessary experience and stability.
