Geoffrey Monada received a promotion at AC Milan. It's been talked about for a while and now, it is official.
As reported by lawyer Felice Raimondo, Geoffrey Moncada is the new head of the sports area at Milan. The now former chier of the Rossoneri scouting department takes over from Paolo Maldini, who left his position at the club on June 5th.
The appointment came on July 20th, while the role conferred by the club was officially registered with the Chamber of Commerce on August 17th. This role allows him to have higher ranks compared to the typical technical director, sports director (Antonio D’Ottavio, appointed on July 5th), and coach, but he must follow the tasks assigned by CEO Giorgio Furlani.
MWith this new position, Geoffreyoncada effectively has effecrively became the reference point for any sporting activities and operations.
