The attacking department of the AC Milan team is still on the mind of Geoffrey Moncada and his collaborators at Casa Milan. As per rumours, Lorenzo Colombo may be set to leave if the right conditions are presented.
The feeling, writes Tuttosport, is that the 2002 class player owned by Milan will go to join coach Raffaele Palladino's AC Monza team, while the Rossoneri will sign a forward who can provide backup for Giroud.
After the home match with Torino, the Rossoneri will have five days to work on a specific situation: their number one target, Hugo Ekitike, a 2002 class forward from PSG. The French no longer consider him a central part of the project despite signing him permanently, but they don't want to loan him out: they are waiting for a definite offer with similar figures, either on loan with an obligation to buy, or by including him in the Kolo Muani deal.
Milan do not want to commit to signing the striker right now: their goal is to have Ekitike on loan, along with a contribution from PSG towards the Frenchman's salary, exceeding 3 million euros. Working in favor of the AC Milan, is Ekitike's preference to come to Italy rather than going to Germany or England.
