As told already several times, Divock Origi is on the exit list of AC Milan. There is not much time left in the transfer market window, but the Rossoneri managers are hoping that they can offload the Belgian player with some clubs showing interest.
According to The Athletic, the data team of the Rossoneri club were "unsure about Origi on the basis of the small sample size of minutes on which to judge his performance in recent years". However, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara pushed to make the deal go through.
The player cost nothing, but in return, he added nothing valuable to the team on the pitch. Origi is last on the hierarchy of Pioli's squad. Lorenzo Colombo and Noah Okafor are ahead of them while Olivier Giroud is obviously the starter. In the even of Lorenzo Colombo going out on loan to AC Monza, Origi will not replace the young Italian. Instead, AC Milan will have a new signing to fill up that spot, according to The Athletic.
