AC Milan are one step closer to sign the Iranian striker of Portuguese giants Porto, Mehdi Taremi.
The update comes from our correspondent and journalist Vito Angelè who explains that the Rossoneri are now at the finish line to make the deal happen at last.
In fact, the two clubs are now finalising the deal as they sort out the last details of this transfer. Mehdi Taremi will leave Porto in the coming hours in order to join AC Milan, after the usual medicals and fitness tests.
Mehdi Taremi is seen as an ideal profile to be rotating with Olivier Giroud. Last season, he scored 31 goals and provided 14 assists in 51 official club games, proving his availability physically and his instincts in front of goal. The hope is that he will be able to deliver similar performances in the Serie A too.
