Before finally choosing to sign Luka Jovic, AC Milan club management made an attempt for Sevilla's Rafa Mir. However, due to having little time left on the clock to find a replacement, the Spanish club refused the offer.
According to what has been reported by Relevo, the details for Mir's arrival wouldn't have pleased the fans much. Milan would have been willing to pay around 4 million for a loan, with a buyout clause set at 17 million euros, and also paying the full salary of the 26-year-old talent.
