The Serie A for the 2023/24 season has started with many confirmations on the benches and few changes, especially among the top teams in the league. Except for the newcomer Rudi Garcia – who replaced Luciano Spalletti at Napoli – all the teams that finished in the top eight in the 2022/23 season have retained their coaches for the new challenges.
The salary figures are not official but are mainly based on rumours in the Italian media. In some cases, the figures are estimated, such as Alessio Dionisi (Sassuolo), who renewed his previous agreement with an adjustment to 850,000 euros per season. Similarly, Marco Baroni (Verona) is considered to have a salary in line with that of Cioffi, who began as the coach of Hellas in the 2021/22 season. Finally, Roberto D'Aversa's agreement is in line with that of his predecessor at Lecce.
