Tijjani Reijnders has been the biggest surprise for many in Milan's first three matches of the season. The Dutch midfielder, who arrived for a total of around 23 million from AZ Alkmaar, has indeed impressed the fans with his ability to combine precision with athleticism, a skill that can be verified, as done by La Gazzetta dello Sport, by looking at his statistics.
In each of the first three matches, number 14 was the Rossoneri player who covered the most kilometers (12.8 kilometers against Bologna, 12.36 against Torino, 12.38 against Roma), even reaching a peak speed of 32.3 km/h. He also managed to maintain a passing accuracy rate of 92%, and even provided an assist.
