AC Milan want to sign German midfielder Assan Ouédraogo (who has roots from Burkina Faso) from Schalke 04. The Rossoneri had already shown interest in the 2006 class midfielder this summer, but now they will insist on having him either in January or for the next summer, as per Gianluca Di Marzio.
The seventeen-year-old has a release clause of around 20 million euros, and a meeting between the parties is expected in the coming days. Bayern Munich and Leipzig are also interested in him.
It remains to be seen whether the German club can lower the clause amount, but Milan wants to continue its investment policy in young talents. This season, he has already made 9 appearances and scored 1 goal in Bundesliga 2.
