Olivier Giroud, AC Milan's striker, has spoken to those at Telefoot to talk about the upcoming Champions League challenge against Paris Saint-Germain.
Here are the former Chelsea player's words:
"PSG-AC Milan won't be the decisive match, but we have to take what we can! The goal is not to lose, and if we have the opportunity to win this game, we won't let it slip! We're ambitious, but we'll see how the game goes. We'll see whether to press or wait. Am I talking with my national teammates? There will be no shortage of banter in the coming days. For now, we're avoiding each other a bit (laughs)."
On his save against Genoa as a goalkeeper, Giroud said:
"It's not exactly textbook! I received messages from veteran goalkeepers praising my courage."
On the objectives of the Rossoneri:
"After the 19th title two years ago, our objective is to win the Scudetto again."
What is your goal with the France national team?
"The goal is clearly to play in Euro 2024. We don't often get to choose our exit, but if we still have the chance to bring the cup home, it would be extraordinary."
