According to what is reported by Matteo Moretto for Sos Fanta Giroud's current plan is to stay focused on this season with AC Milan. However, from the 24/25 season, potentially, there could be a move to the MLS.
As per the report, some clubs have already tested the waters for the Frenchman. Meanwhile, AC Milan are definitely thinking of a new striker's arrival to collect the legacy of Giroud and lead the attack. But, there is no intention to go into the market already in the January transfer window.
Moretto writes that AC Milan's summer objective will surely be a new striker. Besides that, there are no guarantees about Giroud renewing his deal with the Rossoneri. The focus for him is on the present challenges, yes, but in the near future, perhaps the end of the season, he could leave the San Siro as American clubs are calling and waiting for him.
