AC Milan continues to struggle in the Champions League group stage, this was the headline used by Tuttosport in this morning's print edition.
Since the day of the group draw, it was already clear that group F was going to be tough with Newcastle, Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain.
Perhaps losing in Paris was not a surprise to some, but not in this manner. Stefano Pioli is living one of the toughest days at Milanello. It happened in the derby, and the same story is repeated against Juventus and PSG. Now, Napoli awaits at the Maradona stadium. A new setback will officially ring the bells of a crisis at the AC Milan heaquarters.

AC Milan's problem is in attack: little firepower seen in the recent matches...
The defense struggles, and the attack isn't scoring. The team has only scored one (highly contested) goal in the last 180 minutes in Sereie A: with Pulisic at Marassi, after a match of great suffering. There is clearly a problem in the attack. Even AC Milan's new striker who was signed last summer, Luka Jovic, who was the only available forward versus PSG, picked up an injury while warming up. Giroud is 37 years old and must try to rest and catch his breath while Okafor is recovering (should be available vs Napoli). Even Leao failed when everyone was expecting a high-level performance from him.
