The Scudetto-winning duo returns. In Napoli, it's up to Pierre Kalulu and Fikayo Tomori to try to stop Rudi Garcia's team. The forced absence of Malick Thiaw due to suspension forces Pioli to make a change and it seems that the former Olympique Lyonnais is ahead of Simon Kjaer in the race to play next to the English centre-back, as per the latest updates.
Kalulu is set, therefore, for a second start of the season after the match against Paris Saint-Germain a few days ago. He hasn't played alongside Tomori from the start of any match since March last season when AC Milan's boss, Stefano Pioli, opted to choose a three-man defence.
Kalulu, overall, has featured in a total of only 179 minutes played this season. He played in 4 matches. He remains, however, an important part of Stefano Pioli's squad.
