AC Milan will have to do without one of their key leaders in the locker room, however. According to what was reported by Luca Bianchin, a journalist at La Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper, Stefano Pioli will not be able to rely on the services from Danish central defender Simon Kjaer.
The former Lille and Fenerbahce player is suffering from muscle fatigue. Therefore, he is not expected to participate in the lineup against Rudi Garcia's team. While Kjaer may not be a starter anymore, he is still an important player in the squad and this is certainly a new setback for AC Milan.
