Stefano Pioli, the AC Milan coach, spoke to 'DAZN' before Napoli-Milan, the match of the 10th round of Serie A 2023-2024 that will be played at the 'Diego Armando Maradona Stadium'. Here are his statements.
On the match:
"For us, every match is important. However, it's only October, the tenth game of the season. It can be an important match but not decisive."
On the attacking transition, Pioli said:
"Bringing more players into the box is important, but we need to try to dominate the game. Sometimes, however, you can score even with fewer players."
On the defensive phase, the AC Milan boss declared the following words:
"Napoli is the team that creates the most in the league, we need to have a very compact and attentive defensive phase. We have our alternatives."
