AC Milan will have to sign a new centre-back in Januaty after the serious injuries of both Marco Pellegrino and Pierre Kalulu.
There are several names circulating: the idea is to either take a player whose contract expires in June 2024 or a player on loan from a major team, perhaps with a buy-back option.
AC Milan could target an old target once again...
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport in this morning's print edition, among the profiles closely followed by the Rossoneri is also that of Jakub Kiwior, a 23-year-old Polish defender from Spezia, now representing Arsenal.
AC Milan know the player well because they wanted to sign him before his transfer to London. The Polish player can play as a left-back if needed and he is currently behind Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes in the squad and is not finding much playing time this season.
Obviously, a lot will depend on Arsenal's willingness to open up to a loan idea, perhaps with a buy-back option, after having paid 25 million euros for him in January 2023.
