Geoffrey Moncada, AC Milan's sportind director, spoke to 'Sky Sport Italia' ahead of the Rossoneri's match versus Udinese at the San Siro tonight. Here are his statements before the matchday 11 kick-off:
Atmosphere at Milanello?
"We've seen a focused group that works hard. They enjoy being together: they share the same culture and mentality. They know what we need to do: we want to win."
On Luka Jovic, Moncada said:
"Forwards need to score goals, they need to play and get minutes. Today he plays, it's his moment: he's hungry and eager to work but he hasn't started as a first-choice player. He has the opportunity to do well. He plays with Olivier Giroud and together they can do interesting things. We're working for him."
On the possible signing of a new defender:
"We're working together with the coach to find the players we need. Now in November it's difficult to find someone and we have to wait a bit. But we have a clear plan and know the strategy: I prefer to work with patience."
