Noah Okafor is injured and will miss the match against Fiorentina while Olivier Giroud is suspended for the next two league games (Fiorentina and Frosinone). In addition to that, the Portuguese left-winger Rafael Leao is also sidelined due to an injury. The options in attack are very limited, therefore, and it seems that Pioli will rely on services of 15-year-old talent from Ignazio Abate's Primavera, Francesco Camarda.
Camarda is will turn 16 in March. He is without a professional contract currently. To have him included in the first squad list for a Serie A game, he will have to have permission granted by the Italian football federation. Milan requested and was granted this exception which reads the following:
"Considering the documentation provided by the interested Clubs, pursuant to article. 34, paragraph 3, of the N.O.I.F., an exception has been granted to the following 'young' registered players:
A.C. Milan SPA, Camarda Francesco, born on 10/03/2008."
