Rade Krunic is getting closer to Fenerbahce. Recent rumours have discussed the situation of the former Empoli player. Confirmations have arrived today from Il Corriere della Sera.
The reason behind the potential reunion between the Bosnian and the Turkish club is his absence from the starting lineup in the last three games after the break, as well as not warming up during the match against Frosinone.
According to the Italian newspaper, this latter fact is "further proof that his departure in January, heading to Fenerbahce, is increasingly likely."
Fenerbahce sought the signature of the Rossonero number 33 with great insistence. However, Pioli and Milan held tightly onto him especially during the absence of Ismael Bennacer due to injury.
Now that the Algerian has returned and the performances of the three new players (Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Tijjani Reijnders, Yunus Musah), as well as Yacine Adli, have impressed, his departure is possible.
Moreover, Rade Krunic himself is pushing to leave: in Turkish club Fenerbahce, where he would earn significantly bigger salary than what he currently earns at Milan.
