The January transfer market window is approaching and AC Milan will have to bring some players in order to reinforce the quality of Stefano Pioli's team.

Due to injuries, the Rossoneri will have to to patch up as many holes as possible. The defensive emergency is well known, but that's not all. The Rossoneri might soon find themselves struggling in midfield and up front. With Pobega out and Okafor injured, Milan might end up short in these two roles as well.
During his editorial appointment on TMW, Luca Marchetti spoke about the situation and provided the following interesting updates:
"Milan keeps dancing around the same names for the attack: they persist with Guirassy from Stuttgart. Continuous contacts with the player's entourage, who will have to potentially accept a transfer in January, something he's not very convinced about at the moment. Again, timing might be a crucial factor in beating the competition. In defence, apart from Miranda from Betis, the Lenglet track (from Aston Villa on loan from Barcelona) and Victor Nelsson, the 25-year-old Danish defender from Galatasaray, remain. And of course, Gabbia (now at Villarreal)."
