January is approaching and Milan is preparing for the transfer market. There are several areas that the Rossoneri aim to strengthen Pioli's team from defence to attack.
After the problems in this early part of the season and the injuries that have affected Pioli's team, Milan has decided to acquire a defender.
Alongside the names of Clément Lenglet and Matteo Gabbia, Frenchman Nordi Mukiele from PSG is also highly favoured. The defender is on the radar of the Rossoneri, and if the French team were to open up to a loan, the 26-year-old could become their number one target.
In the attack, the preferred choice remains Serhou Guirassy from Stuttgart. There's a release clause of 17 million euros, but first, an economic agreement needs to be reached with the player, who demands between 4.5 and 5 million euros. Alternatives include Akor Adams and Youssef En-Nesyri.
In midfield, Milan is considering an addition, especially if Rade Krunic were to leave the club in January. The name that stands out the most is Argentinian 29-year-old World Cup winner Guido Rodriguez of Real Betis.
