In this morning's print edition of the daily Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, there is a report about Rade Krunic's situation amid the transfer saga between Fenerbahce and AC Milan.
The Turkish side has finally approached Milan with an official offer set at 4 million euros in total. However, it was rejected.
The response from Milan's side remains firm: it's too little. The Milan management did not appreciate Fenerbahçe's approach, which essentially created a technical issue within Stefano Pioli's team as Krunic lost the necessary enthusiasm to be fielded in matches.
Milan managers, however, are prepared to strongly resist any move for Rade Krunic, whose case will likely set a precedent for the club's management policies. Either Fenerbahçe increases their offer, both in fixed terms and bonuses, or nothing will happen in this transfer window, leaving the unappy player at Milanello for another five months.
The Turkish club's representatives and Krunic's agent are in Milan trying to soften Giorgio Furlani's stance, but the only possibility they have is the one just described. Starting tomorrow, there could be new contacts between the parties.
