AC Milan's CEO, Giorgio Furlani, upon his arrival at the Lega Calcio for today's assembly, briefly spoke about the racial insults from some Udinese fans which were directed towards Mike Maignan.
Here are his words:
"It's truly shameful what is happening in the stadiums, in society. We will do something tomorrow," said the Milan executive, referring to tomorrow's match against Bologna at San Siro.
Then, a brief, very brief remark about Jannik Sinner, the Italian tennis player who defeated Djokovic to secure a spot in the Australian Open final, Furlani said:
"Well done, Sinner. He's a Milan fan...", as relayed by Milan News.
