Ismael Bennacer's experience in the Africa Cup of Nations ended in the group stage and he has returned to Milanello some days ago.
After undergoing the necessary exams – which yielded negative results – today, the Algerian midfielder has returned to working on the field, as per Milan Press.
The former Arsenal player engaged in personalised training on the field, but the return to the group does not seem to be so far away: the goal is to be available for the Frosinone-Milan match on Saturday, February 3.
Bennacer who only played one match in the Africa Cup of Nations is eager to get back to the playing field. This season, he featured in 5 matches in Serie A with Milan after he fully recovered from his long-term injury, with one assist registered to his name.
