Speaking to Sky Sport Italia, Giancarlo Padovan discussed the AC Milan team after their 2-3 victory against Frosinone:
"Of the two teams ahead of them, Inter and Juve, one will win the title. Milan can, if Juve loses tonight, chase the second spot. But whether it's second, third, or fourth, it doesn't change anything to be in the Champions League", he said.
He continued:
"If Milan wants to redeem a season, bitter so far in terms of results, they must win the Europa League. With the Europa League and a second-place finish, Pioli might not be replaced."
Finally, Padovan concluded spoke about the rumours linking Antonio Conte to Milan:
"Conte? I don't believe it until I see Conte: he's always the right coach for everyone... He wants to take charge of a team at the beginning of the season, not too far from his family, and capable of competing for the top spot."
