Xavier Jacobelli, well-known journalist, spoke about Stefano Pioli's Milan on Sky Sport Italia.
Here are his statements:
"This risk-taking Milan, every time I see it, from the beginning of this season, it seems that whenever it's in a tight spot, it pulls through with a stroke of genius, even with a certain disregard for danger. At a certain point against Frosinone, Milan was losing, and Pioli sent all the forwards he had onto the field. A risky move, as it had happened before. He has this ability to survive his warning signs, which has happened many times this season."
Then, more specifically about Pioli and the risk of confirmation in Milan for the 2024-2025 season, Jacobelli added:
"He is forced to live with a kind of examination because he is questioned, paradoxically, more from within than from outside. It almost seems that the voices suggesting that Pioli is being questioned, that he may not be confirmed for the next season, or that he could even be dismissed during the current season, were coming more from the fans who are very impatient, and it's unclear why. Milan, however, is still there. It is right that Milan sets goals even with a view to the Europa League, where it can compete. Milan is not the favourite, but it can compete. With this spirit, it will be a Milan that will entertain the fans from now until the end of the season."
