Lewis Ferguson, 24, is an interesting talent for Bologna. The attacking midfielder from Scotland can also play as a central midfielder. He has been reportedly linked with a move to the AC Milan club among other Serie A teams.
This season, Ferguson made 23 appearances, scoring 5 goals and 4 appearances. It is said that in the summer, there will be a lot of interest in signing the former Aberdeen FC talent whose contract runs until 2027.
His agent, Bill McMurdo, spoke about him to Sportitalia microphones.
Here are his stamtements
"Lewis Ferguson is a player who, as Thiago Motta himself explained, is capable of covering several positions on the field excellently, and this is certainly an important quality for a 24-year-old. In January, no club came forward for him, due to Bologna's clear intention of considering him untouchable, but we are aware that there are big clubs following him."
Lewis Ferguson's agent added:
"When the right time comes, for both; the player and the club, I am sure he will take this significant step in his career."
