Earlier this morning, on the columns of Corriere dello Sport, there are the words of journalist Franco Ordine regarding Milan's poor performance away from home against Monza, putting Stefano Pioli's turnover in serious question.
"Emotional immaturity, thus turnover fails."
That was the headline published by the newspaper. As specified in the article, Milan's attempt at turnover lasts only one half because already at halftime, trailing by two goals, Pioli decides to revert to plan A by fielding the 'heavy artillery'.
Jovic's expulsion further complicates matters, especially since he had been somewhat of a savior figure for the Rossoneri in recent weeks.
Franco Ordine also wrote the following words:
"This emotional immaturity perhaps reveals the character of the Rossoneri squad and also the difficulty in attributing concrete possibilities for the club's immediate future to make progress in the Europa League."
