Stefano Pioli, the AC Milan head coach, expressed himself to Sky Sport Italia commenting on Scaroni's words:
"I am deeply attached to Milan: how can one not be attached to this club? Would I stay at Milan? I never had any doubts. You can't leave Milan. Milan is Milan, and I feel great here. Then we are ambitious, and everyone expects you to win every game. We won the Scudetto two years ago, and everyone expects us to win. I am very happy at Milan, then it depends on what will happen."
Gianluca Di Marzio, a journalist and transfer expert, expressed himself to Sky Sport about Pioli's aforementioned words:
"A true declaration of love. 'You can't leave Milan': these are not words said just for the sake of it, and it was right that he said them. I believe it pleases everyone, doesn't it?"
