AC Milan's head coach, Stefano Pioli, is preparing for the next match at the San Siro against Genoa. The fixture will not be easy and he will have to prepare his team to try to obtain the three points.

The focus obviously is finishing the season strongly. Next season, however, may not see the ex Fiorentina coach on the Milan bench.
The Rossoneri club management, therefore, is certainly looking ahead in the future as they are keeping an eye on several coaches to arrive in the summer. The scouting department, though, is also working on collecting different profiles who can help the next coach improve the squad, especially in defence.
In this sense, a central defender who has been added to the shortlist of Geoffrey Moncada and his colleagues is Aston Villa's Diego Carlos.
According to Diario AS, in fact, is one of the top targets on the list of AC Milan for this upcoming summer. Initial talks, however, have not taken place just yet.
Diego Carlos is 31 years old. The Brazilian stands at 185 centimetres tall. He has featured in 34 matches this season so far. The former Sevilla player indeed has a valid contract which is running until the summer of 2026.
