Francesco Camarda is the all-time top scorer in AC Milan's youth sector, which has nurtured him since the age of 7.
Last November, when he came on against Fiorentina at 15 years and 260 days, he rewrote Italian football history by becoming the youngest debutant ever in Serie A.
The AC Milan Primavera striker and Italian Under 17 player turned 16 last March and could now sign his first professional contract. His current agreement with the Rossoneri club, which Camarda has supported since childhood, is set to expire at the end of this season.
According to what is reported by the Italian website Calciomercato.com, despite the difficulties encountered along the way, optimism is still filtering through the Rossoneri headquarters regarding the successful outcome of the ongoing negotiation between the club and the player's representatives.
The parties, in fact, are expected to meet halfway, accommodating Camarda's desire to sign his first professional contract in July.
