AC Milan management are indeed planning for the next season. There is a new coach that shall arrive to replace Stefano Pioli and a lot of work is being done on this front. According to the latest rumours relayed via Calciomercato.com, the club is narrowing down the list of candidates to find the suitable profile.
In this context, super FIFA agent Jorge Mendes has already made his move and now awaits the outcome: Sergio Conceiçao has been strongly suggested, with the possibility, still to be confirmed, of giving priority to Milan regarding two of his clients who are in high demand on the market.
Milan's dream, however, remains Thiago Motta, which could remain so considering that the coach, architect of Bologna's miracle, has an agreement with Juventus and intends to honor it, but until the signatures arrive, a faint hope remains.
Fonseca has a preliminary agreement with Marseille, but will only communicate his choice after May 19 because he is waiting to understand Milan's intentions. And staying in Portugal, there's Mendes, strongly pushing for Sergio Conceiçao's transfer to Milan, a hot but not scorching name for two reasons: he doesn't convince all the managerial minds and he needs a few more days to free himself from Porto.
