After the last match against Torino, Stefano Pioli spoke about his future:
"As of today, I have no appointments with the club; we have always met at the end of the season. For now, I have not talked to any other team. At the moment, I'm not thinking about the future; I will do so when the time is right."
A meeting with Milan's management, however, is imminent. In fact, according to the daily Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, it could take place as early as today, at the latest tomorrow or Wednesday.
Despite having one year left on his contract, his departure from Milan at the end of this season has been anticipated for weeks. But what will Pioli's future be after parting ways with the Rossoneri?
It is no secret that he is on Napoli's radar, but also keep an eye on Atalanta as a potential destination if Gian Piero Gasperini leaves (who, in turn, is also on the radar of the Napoli club management).
