The Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport on the newsstand confirms the news reported recently about the 100 million euros budget for Milan, consisting of the Champions League windfall and money that will come from sales and buy-options (for example Charles De Ketelaere and Alexis Saelemaekers).
For the attack, the hot name remains Joshua Zirkzee: he can be acquired for 40 million euros plus the commission fees to his agents.
To strengthen the midfield, however, Youssouf Fofana is still the frontrunner: signing him from Monaco would cost 25 million euros. For the defence, the new name is Igor Julio, Brighton's 26-year-old Brazilian player.
He costs around 15 million euros. For the right flank, the leading candidate is the usual Emerson Royal, whom Tottenham values at around 30 million euros, but Milan would like to spend around 20 million euros. The alternative is Tiago Santos from Lille costing 10 to 12 million euros.
