It seems that the decision has already been made by the top management of AC Milan: Paulo Fonseca will be the new coach of Milan. Only the official announcement is missing
The Portuguese coach has not renewed his contract with Lille, which in the meantime has not yet announced its new coach. In addition to that the former Roma coach has also turned down the offer from Olympique Marseille, which now seems to be turning to Sérgio Conceiçao, who is leaving Porto. For Fonseca, therefore, everything seems to point to Milanello.
According to what Tuttosport reported this morning, the official announcement of the operation is expected next week, although in recent days it has been said that Fonseca will not be in Milan before July.
For the Portuguese coach, formerly of Roma, a two-year contract is ready, with an option for a third season, worth 3 million euros net annually.
