Milan continues to press for Joshua Zirkzee. According to Claudio Raimondi on SportMediaset on Italia Uno, the Dutchman has already had contact with Paulo Fonseca, who will be officially announced as the new coach of the Rossoneri in the coming days.
The negotiation is nearing its final stages and there is growing optimism at Casa Milan: the commission amount for the Dutchman's agent, Kia Joorabchian, is currently being finalised. Milan will then pay Bologna the 40 million euros release clause, while a five-year contract worth nearly 5 million euros per season is ready for the player.
Milan is also looking for another forward to back up Zirkzee as Luka Jovic is drifting further away (his contract is expiring and he has significant financial demands). The Milan club will therefore let the Serbian go and target another striker: a profile they like a lot is Armando Broja of Chelsea.
