Daniel Maldini, AC Milan's Italian attacking midfielder, will return to Milanello on June 30 after his loan to Monza. His performance in Brianza was very positive, with 4 goals and 1 assist in 11 appearances. This is much better than his performance in the first part of the season at Empoli, where he had no goals and no assists. The Rossoneri managers, though, are reportedly not convinced of his abilities and are ready to let him leave permanently.
According to the daily Turin-based newspaper, Tuttosport, at least 8 million euros, including bonuses, are needed for the sale of Daniel Maldini. Currently, the most likely destination for the class of 2001 player seems to be Lazio.
