The start of the new season is approaching, and on July 8th, with the gathering at Milanello, there will also be a press conference with Paulo Fonseca where we will understand from a technical standpoint how the Portuguese coach plans to work.
One thing is already certain, however, and it is that the new AC Milan coach will need to address the injury problem. Together with his staff, Fonseca is studying alternative methods for summer athletic preparation to curb muscle-related issues.
It should be noted that next season there will be even more matches, and the schedule will be much tighter for AC Milan, but the primary goal of the club and Fonseca is to limit injuries.
Last year, it was one of the reasons for the Rossoneri's collapse between November and December. A disaster that then affected the entire season, as reported by Antonio Vitiello in his editorial piece for Milan News.
