Four players bid farewell to AC Milan yesterday: Mattia Caldara, Simon Kjaer, Olivier Giroud, and Antonio Mirante. The Italian goalkeeper took to social media to say goodbye to the Milan fans.

"To all the directors, my teammates, the technical and medical staff, and all the employees and fans of Milan. It has been a genuine privilege for me to share with all of you joys and satisfactions, and even difficult moments, combining commitment, professionalism, and passion over these three years. Being part of a family that has written the best pages of Italian football, both inside and outside national borders, makes me particularly proud. Milan will always remain in my heart. I hope I have found a place in yours. Thank you."
