Emerson Royal, a Brazilian right-back who currently plies his trade for Tottenham, is one of Milan's market targets. The class of '99 is the favourite of the new Rossoneri coach, Paulo Fonseca, to fill the role of right defensive winger. Geoffrey Moncada and Giorgio Furlani are working to try to give the Portuguese coach his first reinforcement.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the well-known Italian journalist, on his X profile, there have been new direct contacts between Emerson Royal and Milan. At the moment, an agreement between clubs has not yet been reached, but it is certain that discussions will continue, also given the player's willingness.
Emerson gave the green light in May and wants the transfer to the San Siro, while there is still a gap between the clubs. Tottenham are requesting about 25 million euros to let Emerson go. Talks are ongoing.
