Milan has set its sights on Emerson Royal for the right flank. The request for a new right back came from the voice of the new coach Paulo Fonseca who also wants to have a fast and physically overwhelming player on the flank opposite to Theo.
The Brazilian has been indicated by many as the Rossoneri objective closest to being achieved this market with Milan intending to bring him to the court of the Portuguese coach as soon as possible.
Yesterday, however, a rumour was reported from England that seems to dampen spirits a bit for this negotiation. The BBC, in fact, reported that Tottenham , owners of Emerson Royal's contract, have no intention of selling the player for a low fee and expect Milan's offer to be raised in order to let him go. At the moment, it is reported, the Rossoneri had the intention of signing the Brazilian for around 12 million euros. The Spurs, however, are not budging from their request which is between 20 to 25 million euros.
