According to Loic Tanzi, a journalist for L'Equipe, Milan has made its first official offer to Monaco for Youssouf Fofana. The Rossoneri's proposal amounts to 17 million euros, which does not meet Monaco's demands, leading them to reject it.
At the same time, West Ham has made an offer of 35 million euros, a sum that would satisfy the French team but evidently does not excite the player at the moment, as the Hammers will not be competing in any European competition next season.
Milan, on the other hand, has had an agreement with the 25-year-old midfielder for some time.
