Franco Ordine, in his article today for the Italian newspaper Il Giornale, writes about the negotiation between Milan and Juventus for Pierre Kalulu:
"A curious detail to add on the transfer market topic is Kalulu's surprising refusal to transfer to Juve after a phone conversation with Thiago Motta. The French defender learned that he would not be a starter in Juve, so he chose to stay at Milan and in Milan, where he evidently doesn't find it too bad."
The two clubs reached an agreement a few days ago for Kalulu's transfer to Turin, but he was never fully convinced about playing for the Bianconeri. The Frenchman, however, was not called up by Fonseca for Milan's season debut tonight against Torino. Who knows if this fact might change the situation and especially the former Lyon player's mind.
