Italian journalist of SportItalia, Alfredo Pedullà, commented on the cooling break controversy which involved Theo Hernandez and Rafael Leao.
Here are his words:

"I was at the stadium on Saturday night: when I saw it from a distance, it looked like they were leaving, and I couldn't understand what was happening. To me, it's something surreal that has happened only a few times in football history."
He added:
"Then, when I read that Milan would take a soft stance on something so serious, I struggle, even after 48 hours, to understand what a 'soft stance' means. To me, it was a blatant lack of respect toward the coach. I've never seen anything like it, and above all, I've never seen such leniency on something that deserved an official statement and an exemplary punishment."
Pedullà continued to talk about the Theo Hernandez and Rafael Leao situation:
"If they had done it to Conte, he would have jumped over the barriers and gone after them."
