Paolo Condò, journalist and TV commentator, spoke this morning in Repubblica about each of the five Italian teams as the new Champions League kicks off this evening.

Commenting on AC Milan’s schedule, Condò highlighted its objective difficulty, certified by a rating system:
"The computer has given Milan a schedule with a parameter of 138, the toughest among the Italian teams, and the sixth most difficult overall. However, it's well-balanced, with the first four matches being very tough and the next four more manageable. The games where Milan can accumulate points will come in November."
Condò also had a few words for Rafael Leao, AC Milan’s star player, from whom more is always expected on these Champions League nights:
"For a long time, we've been waiting for Leao to find the consistency of a champion. This time, we think the presence of Chelsea’s core in this team (Tomori, Pulisic, Loftus-Cheek, Abraham) could form a European backbone to rely on."
