Carlo Pellegatti, well-known journalist and AC Milan fan, made some interesting statements on 'Radio Bruno' in anticipation of Fiorentina - Milan, also sharing a behind-the-scenes story about his horse. Here are his words on the matter:
"Against Leverkusen, Milan was not very brave in the first half. Then, in the last 30 minutes, the Rossoneri dominated. In the league, if they manage to win in Florence, they will have earned 12 points out of 12 in these four matches after the first break. Leao? You remember his brilliant plays, which are so beautiful that they make you forget the constant pauses. I call the Portuguese player 'Leaoland' because when he opens the amusement park, it's a spectacle."
On former Milan coach Stefano Pioli, Pellegatti said:
"He absolutely has a purple heart. I hope the next Milan coach does what Pioli has done for us: a Champions League semifinal, a Scudetto, and two second-place finishes. I had a very good relationship with him, and I’ll reveal to you that my horse is named 'Pioli is on fire'."
He added:
"This will be the key to Sunday’s match: Milan’s defence must outperform Fiorentina’s attack."
